At Ref3a, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
